Getting the right people aboard, in the right seats (roles) and performing, takes some clever skills in 'route planning.' We work with organisations who want to succeed. Our 'route planners' work with key managers and HR representatives to comprehensively review and select the right passengers.

First Steps
We begin with an insight meeting with the key stakeholder(s) / sponsors. We come and listen to your organisation's opportunities and challenges, goals and objectives. We discuss, in detail, your culture - 'the way you do things around there'. We approach finding the right person for the right role in this way because we believe that getting the right people on board is not about reading resumes and discussing technical competencies.

As part of this meeting we'll prepare, together, a proposal of the possible. And we'll discuss the approach and investment for working together for success.

Please note that this is a boutique offering, for specific functional and executive level appointments. We're not a traditional recruitment agency, nor do we service the mass market. Personal, past client referrals drive our engagements.
