We work one to one with individuals, whether currently employed or 'in transit', who know they're in the wrong seat or on the wrong bus, but aren't sure exactly how to make the switch to the ride of their life!

How?
First we meet. Sounds simple? It's meant to be! During our first meeting, we explore you - your interests, experience, plans, goals. We discuss what's worked in the past and what you'd like to work on for your future. Don't have a clear goal? No problem! It may surprise you to know that many (most?) people earning a living today have no clear goals. For some, that's at the heart of their 'dishappiness' - they enjoy surface success - to the outside world, there appears little to complain about. But inside, they desire something different, more involving, engaging, rewarding.

This meeting is about building rapport, between you and your tour guide. Without rapport, you won't feel encouraged to share your dreams, your fears. And we need to do both to accomplish the former and conquer the latter.

As part of this meeting we'll prepare, together, a proposal of the possible. And we'll discuss the approach and investment for working together for your success.
